2024 Season:
WHEN: The league begins on June 9th with a meet and greet driving range session. June 23rd is the first play date of the season. The starting tee time is 3:00 PM. Golf will be played on 8 consecutive Sundays (except for June 30th) and end with a banquet on August 25th.
WHERE: Swansea Country Club (Par 3 Executive Course).
WHO: Any boy or girl age 9 through entering senior year of high school (age 9 by first week of play).
COST: (for non-Swansea Junior Members): $165-$180 for the first child. Cost reduces by $10 for each additional sibling.
WHAT: The Bristol County Junior Golf League allows kids to be introduced to golf. Each player will play nine holes and earn points on each hole. For example, a par earns 5 points, and a bogie earns 3 points. However, if a player can’t make a par or a bogie, they can earn points by getting the ball in the hole in one or two putts, regardless of how many shots it takes them to get to the green! That’s part of what makes this league fun for players of all ability levels, from beginner to advanced.
